Our Story
Our story began in 2015, with a journey to Tibet.
As we traveled through the vast landscapes of the Tibetan Plateau, we found ourselves drawn to something unexpected: wood shaped by the elements. Trees marked by lightning, driftwood worn smooth by water, and weathered pieces that others might have overlooked.
In their irregular forms and imperfect textures, we discovered a beauty that could not be designed or reproduced. Every grain, curve, and mark carried the quiet imprint of time.
That discovery stayed with us.
Over the years, we returned to Tibet, inspired by the raw beauty of natural wood and the endless possibilities it revealed.
In 2018, this fascination gave rise to WOWA.
Rooted in a deep appreciation for nature, WOWA was founded on a simple belief: true beauty lies not in perfection, but in character.
Today, this belief continues to shape everything we create. Through considered design, natural materials, and craftsmanship, we bring a distinct sense of individuality to coffee machines and the rituals that surround them.
