    Order not received and no one will respond to email

    I have now chased 3 times asking where my order is, but no one responds to an email. I would recommend not ordering from here as seems you pay a high price for no product

    Hi Ed, im so sorry for the shipping delay due to the new year season the shipping being stuck. It’s in charge of the 3rd party, out of our control . On the first page is declaring that the shipping might be delay.

    I apologize for any inconvenience that caused. And I understanding you feeling bad. But I response you each of time. You can check it or I upload the email. I can say I couldn’t control the shipping but I take responsibility for my work.
