    My order still has not arrived...

    And no one is responding to my emails or inquires. It's been over two weeks since it has shipped from China and nothing has arrived in San Francisco California.

    Sorry for your experience.

    To USA, takes 9-18 days, which is written on the purchase page. And the stuff sent to logistic center first which is takes 3days and then transfer to overseas, takes 9-18days. Your order was transferred to overseas in 16th sep, current only takes 7 days.

    I check the shipping state, it’s shown that arrived at US, I believe you will receive it soon.
