International shipments are handled by third-party carriers and may be subject to customs clearance and local logistics procedures. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by customs inspections, local delivery arrangements, peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are considered part of the international shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, delays are not eligible for compensation, return, refund, or order cancellation.

If a parcel appears to be missing, we will submit an investigation request with the carrier. Investigations usually take 2–4 weeks. Refunds or replacement shipments can only be arranged after the carrier officially confirms the parcel as lost.

If any items are missing or incomplete upon delivery, please contact us promptly so that we can review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Wooden products

This product is made from natural wood and has not been treated with paint or varnish. As a result, it is sensitive to moisture.

• Do not wipe with a wet cloth.
• Avoid placingwet cups or items directly on the wood, as this may cause water stains.
• To maintain the wood’s condition, we recommend applying wood wax or olive oil periodically.

 

Brass products

brass items may naturally oxidize over time. A metal polishing cream can help improve their appearance, although it may not fully restore them to their original condition.

 

With proper care, your item will age beautifully and last for years to come.
