- Please note that the logo on the Portafilter handles may not be positioned at the top, as the screw position of the portafilter may vary.

- Brass products are made of real brass and will naturally oxidize over time. Metal polish can be used for cleaning, but they cannot be restored to a brand-new condition.

For overseas shipping, delivery usually takes 4–15 days, depending on the shipping company. 

Please note that due to international shipping, delays, missing parcels, or package tampering during customs or logistics inspections may occasionally occur. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers and is beyond our direct control, so we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery timeline.

In the event of missing or incomplete items, we will arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as possible. While such situations are out of our control and we cannot offer financial compensation, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive all the products you ordered.

Wooden products

This product is made from natural wood and has not been treated with paint or varnish. As a result, it is sensitive to moisture.

• Do not wipe with a wet cloth.
• Avoid placingwet cups or items directly on the wood, as this may cause water stains.
• To maintain the wood’s condition, we recommend applying wood wax or olive oil periodically.

 

Brass products

brass items may naturally oxidize over time. A metal polishing cream can help improve their appearance, although it may not fully restore them to their original condition.

 

With proper care, your item will age beautifully and last for years to come.
